Meet AGATA,
Agata Polcyn ALM, is a personal development expert and business psychology consultant guiding individual clients and corporate teams to unleash human potential in the workplace addressing topics like: mindset, cross functional leadership development, career mapping, up-skilling, mentoring, enablement and commercial initiatives.
As a former athlete, she is also actively engaged in guiding elite athletes with their crossover to life after sport.

Agata achieved Masters Degree (ALM) in I-O Psychology Harvard University and Bachelor of Arts & Letters at Columbus State University. She was named All American Scholar Athlete.
